Here’s our idea of a beer run. This guy is like the Steve Prefontaine of beer. And clearly this didn’t happen by accident. He’s been training for months. Started with 5K runs. Probably built up to a peak of 50 miles/week. He’s clearly been eating a high-carb diet, with whey protein and all that stuff. Now he races iced cold refreshment, straight to your lips, in world-record time!
